Trying to predict Oklahoma weather for your shoot? At One Set Studio, we don’t predict the weather … we create it.

For our latest project with Saxum and the Oklahoma Lottery we turned a single day into an entire year—seamlessly shifting from spring to summer to autumn and from day to night—all within our virtual production studio. With the power of Unreal Engine 5 and our in-house team collaborating with set design and art direction, we blended real foliage with digital landscapes to craft a stunning, believable world.

From lassoing the moon a little closer to shifting seasons in an instant, we love bringing imaginative projects to life.

A series of firsts marked our second annual DDS conference: It was One Set Studio’s very first virtual production—and Danielle’s very first paid acting gig—though you’d never know it from her natural stage presence.

This moving piece for Developmental Disabilities Services (DDS) showcases the power and possibility of individuals with disabilities—and helped empower human services professionals to serve them effectively.

One Set Studio received a Silver ADDY Award for our cinematography on this piece. But the celebration of the video’s spirit and contributors began long before, with a post-shoot impromptu dance party. Cheers to Danielle, dedicated human services workers, and the many heroes of this story.

Calling all creatives! Join us at OK Film + Music Day on Tuesday, April 1, from 10 AM - 2 PM at the Oklahoma State Capitol. Connect with 55+ film and music vendors, enjoy live performances, and celebrate our industry. See you there!

Join us on Tuesday, April 1, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. as film and music professionals gather at the Oklahoma Capitol for Film and Music Day to highlight our industries for state legislature. Taking place on the second-floor rotunda of the Oklahoma State Capitol Building, Lt. Gov. Matt Pinnell and Cherokee Nation Chief Principal Chief Chuck Hoskin Jr. will be amongst the guests to kick off the day.

The come-and-go event will host 55+ film and music vendors, various music performances, special effects make-up demo, and will be free and open to the public. A huge thanks to our presenting partners who will help make the day a success: Oklahoma City Film & Creative Industries Office, Tulsa Office of Film, Music, Arts & Culture, and Cherokee Film Office.

One Set Studio was recently enlisted to produce the Cold Open for the first-of-its-kind Familyhood Training Conference. From concept to production to final delivery, we managed every step, leveraging our LED wall with 2D content to create emotional impact and a seamless event.

We just wrapped our very first feature film at the studio, and it’s been an absolute joy! This incredible Oklahoma-based cast and crew all came together to push tech boundaries, capture a compelling story and spotlight our state.

That's a wrap on our first feature film at the studio! It was an honor to welcome the Mayor and some of Hollywood's finest into our space. Here's to the next chapter of movie magic in Oklahoma!

This week, MovieMaker Magazine named OKC the 13th-best big city in North America in which to live and work as a filmmaker. And right on cue, we hosted filming of “The One” starring Martin Sheen at One Set Studio. The momentum of the OKC film industry continues!

We’re proud to share that Tava Maloy Sofsky has joined the One Set Studio team as our director. Tava’s background—encompassing commercials and Academy Award-winning productions—aligns with our commitment to diverse mediums and boundless innovation.

Tava joins us after directing the Oklahoma Film + Music Office and the Cherokee Film Commission as well as many years spent working on major motion pictures alongside lauded Hollywood filmmakers and stars.
