The biggest criminals in Tulsa County and Wagoner County are those in the prosecutors office. Steve Kunzweiler is the D.A. of Tulsa County and Jack Thorpe is the D.A. of Wagoner County. Both are extremely corrupt and have no problem persecuting innocent men and women. Both along with some members of the Tulsa Police Department ought to be sitting in prison.

Their latest horrendous crime is the persecution of Jeff Krigel, a good man, a good father, an attorney that fights injustice and represents a lot of clients that otherwise couldn't afford a criminal or civil defense to protect their rights. First declared a serial ra**st with one single charge that consists of a long time girlfriend colluding for years with Krigel's ex wife, Stephanie Duran, who just happens to work for Kunzweiler. There are no claims of r**e, only that the ex girlfriend stalked Krigel because he wouldn't return her calls and texts, that they went out to dinner and drinking at several bars afterward, and that she doesn't remember if anything happened.

Conveniently this ex wife Duran remarried to a Belgium man and has been asking for full custody of their 10 year old daughter so she can move to Belgium. After years of custody battles Duran never once made any allegations against Krigel until she decided she had been r**ed or mistreated during her marriage to the guy years before.

No SANE examinations or other evidence, just a she said situation from five to ten years prior. The one SANE exam was done five days after this ex girlfriend spent the night at Krigel's house, two to three days late if there were to be any evidence recovered, and this ex girlfriend had a job where she accompanied victims to SANE interviews.... She knew the rules and did the SANE exam only after no evidence could be found.

Tulsa Public Schools spend only 55% of their money in the classroom while Epic Charter School spends 80% of their money in the classroom. Which is why the Tulsa Public Schools has been attacking Epic by falsely claiming that the fed are investigating. Well it is official. The Lying Tom nickname is gonna stick to Tom Stites because Lying Tom refused to show up at the Sheriff's department today at noon. The current State Rep John Bennett was waiting on Stites, waited outside for a while, then went inside, then back out to double check. Everyone knew he was there, quite a bit of anticipation to see if Lying Tom would show up.

We did get a report that Lying Tom was at the local library meeting some of his supporters and showing a DD214. Of course there was no one there that wasn't on his side or knew what to look for on the reenlistment or separation codes.

Now Lying Tom will probably claim he thought it was supposed to be the library. The world is your oyster if you don't mind lying to others I guess.

Kind of feel sorry for Rep, Bennett. Standing out there in the vain hope that Tom Stites would have enough dignity and good sense to show up and prove he was a veteran. Bennett is a better man than me for sure if he has that much faith in humans.

STOLEN VALOR ALERT!!!!

House District 2 candidate Tom Stites was exposed last week thanks to a mailer that showed exactly why he was not a real veteran. In response he attacked the person that sent the mailer and lied about him rather than just showing his DD214 to end the debate.

Stites made three lies in his Facebook post that addressed the mailer.

First Tom Stites lied about Al Gerhart being an campaign advisor for the Olsen candidate. In fact the two have never met in any form or fashion, nor communicated in any form or fashion. Why would Tom Stites lie about that?

Second, Tom Stites lied about Gerhart's past by claiming there was a conviction for blackmail. In 2016, the last time that Tom Stites was defeated, everyone in Sequoyah County received a newspaper that exposed Tom Stites ta**ry past and it also told the story of Gerhart being illegally prosecuted. The highest criminal appellate court in Oklahoma cleared Gerhart of any wrong doing, overturned, remanded, and dismissed the illegal conviction. Legally all charges were dismissed and the conviction never occurred. Why would Tom Stites lie about that?

Third, Tom Stites lied about any support given to that senator that was arrested with the 17 year old male pr******te. In fact, not a single person gave any support to that senator other than the lawyer that defended him. That senator became a pariah once the arrest happened. Tom Stites would have you believe that anyone you have ever known that gets in trouble will reflect on you even if they had a sterling reputation when you knew them. In fact, Tom Stites has many convicted felons supporting him and donating money to his campaign.

Three lies in one Facebook post. Tom Stites ought to be known as Lying Tom. But if Stites will just show his DD214 he can clear the air. Toward that purpose, the current State Representative John Bennett has agreed to meet Tom Stites at the Sequoyah County Courthouse at Noon on Friday so Tom Stites can show his DD214 and end the debate once and for all.

Lying Tom will be Tom Stites nickname forever more should he once again refuse to set things right and show his DD214.

Friday, November 2nd, 12 pm, Put up or shut up or be known as Lying Tom forever more.

Okay folks, check out this video and see if it is funny or not. Tom Stites, AKA Lying Tom, running for HD2 as a Democrat. Refuses to show his DD214 after being questioned as to what military unit he did Active Service with. We have demanded that Lying Tom meet up with the current state rep, John Bennett, at the Sheriff's office on Friday, November 2nd, at the Sequoyah County Courthouse.

In retaliation and response, Stites posted a Facebook post comparing me to Hi**er and Goebbels so I had some fun putting a video together to run in his zip code on Friday.

It isn't over folks. Yes, Mahoney is down by 4 votes but there are ten provisional ballots that will be opened up on Friday at the County Election Board. It would be good if a few people showed up to make a video of the procedure.

I would say this is a butt whipping for Kevin McDugle, nearly losing, heck he might still lose, to a candidate that he forced out of the race using underhanded tactics. Out spent, forced to suspend his race to feed his family, I'd say that we did our best and can hold our heads high.

A recount can be done and four votes isn't a high amount to surmount. If I was a local, I would be approaching Mahoney and offering to pitch in on a recount. It won't be that expensive, boring work, and Mahoney will need a dozen volunteers to help witness the recounting of the ballots.

People are asking why Nick Mahoney suspended his campaign. We got word that Kevin McDugle and Sheriff Elliott called Muskogee County Commissioners to put pressure on Nick's boss to not hire Nick. Nick has a family to feed and had to suspend his campaign. But if he makes the primary election, he will be campaigning in the general election since he will be free of McDugle's bully tactics.
