This guy is such an amazing human. He’s the one that taught me a lot about breath work. Just a basketball loving family man from South Carolina that loves music and living healthy. Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas! I’ll be back after the holidays!

I was born on the Winter Solstice day, in the crescendo of a full moon. There is a certain poetry to our lives — from the time we take our first breath, until the moment of our last gasp. I always hope my last breath can be a blissful one. I’m confident that in some way or another, it will be.

While the moment of our birth holds tremendous importance, it is the inevitable movement towards the end of our life which shows us how to truly live! How easy it is to spend our days wishing things were different, allowing worries to overcome our mind, or dwelling on the way things once were.

I was watching the David Bowie film, Moonage Daydream, the other night. He said, “All people, no matter who they are, all wish they’d appreciated life more. It’s what you do in life that’s important, not how much time you have or what you’d wish you’d done. Life is fantastic!”

Life is already full of meaning. We need only tap into it. From there, our real prosperity begins to flow. That has been my experience again and again. Many desires that we thought we wanted to fulfill, fall away as insignificant. While new desires filled with great substance arise in our bodies and mind! It is a path of of joy and boundless love.

As I begin this new trip around the sun tomorrow, I want to invite you to celebrate with me. You can do so from anywhere in the world. On the evening of this Winter Solstice (Thursday the 21st) we are taking a journey like no other. I’ll be joined on the stage by some of my favorite musicians in the world, and I couldn’t be happier about that!

There’s nothing I’d rather do on my birthday than travel into these cosmic realms with all of you. Our creativity brightens, our eyes shine with new light, and the inspiration flows a-plenty!

If you’ve never experienced a Winter Solstice journey with us, you’re in for a treat. Even if you can’t be to all the sessions live, you can do them on your own time over the holidays. I’m certain it will help in making this new year truly meaningful. May the prosperity flow
