Baked Christmas Donuts
Ingredients
For the Donuts:

1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg (or cinnamon)
1/2 cup buttermilk (or milk with 1/2 tsp vinegar)
1 large egg
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Glaze:

1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.
Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg.
Combine Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, mix the buttermilk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Combine Mixtures:
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix!
Fill the Donut Pan:
Transfer the batter to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with one corner snipped off. Pipe the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
Bake:
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the donuts are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow them to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Make the Glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Adjust the milk to reach your desired consistency.
Glaze the Donuts:
Dip the top of each donut into the glaze and let the excess drip off. Place on a wire rack to set.
Decorate:
While the glaze is still wet, sprinkle with festive sprinkles.

Storage
Store leftover donuts in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or in the fridge for up to a week.

• 1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 1/2 cups milk
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• 1/2 cup red glacé cherries (candied cherries), halved
• 1/2 cup green glacé cherries (candied cherries), halved
• 1 cup white chocolate almond bark, broken into small pieces
• 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed
• 1/3 cup crushed candy canes

Instructions:
1 Prepare the Pudding Base:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes.
2 Fold in the Cool Whip:
Gently fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture until fully combined, creating a light and fluffy base.
3 Add the Mix-ins:
Stir in the mini marshmallows, red and green candied cherries, and white chocolate almond bark pieces until evenly distributed.
4 Chill the Fluff:
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the fluff to set.
5 Add the Candy Cane Topping:

Tropical Strawberry Split Cake

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

For the Filling:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1/2 cup shredded coconut
For the Topping:
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional strawberries and shredded coconut for garnish

Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Prepare the Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.

1 block of white almond bark melted, then add 1/2 cup peanut butter. In a large bowl, combine 4 cups rice krispies, 2 cups roasted peanuts, a handful of mini M&Ms, and a handful of sprinkles. ¼ cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)

For the Coating:
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, melted

For the Icing:
Reserved icing from cinnamon rolls (or homemade icing, if preferred)

Instructions:

Prepare the Cinnamon Rolls:
Open the can of cinnamon rolls and unroll each cinnamon roll completely, gently pulling them apart. Set aside the icing for later. Slice each unrolled cinnamon roll into 3-4 strips, depending on the size of your rolls.

Christmas tree cinnamon rolls

Ingredients:
1 can Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
Icing
Christmas Sprinkles

1.Set your oven to 350 degrees.

2.Spray a pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.

3.Open the cinnamon roll can and pull them apart so you have 5 rolls.

4.Unravel one at a time and weave it back and forth on the baking pan to create a tree shape.

5.Pinch the tree together a little bit so it doesn't come undone in the oven.

6.If it starts separating in the oven, take it out and gently push it together.

7.Bake for 23-27 minutes or until golden brown.

8.Take it out of the oven and let it cool slightly.

9. Add icing and sprinkles and enjoy

Melting Snowman Cupcakes

Ingredients:

your favorite cupcake recipe
vanilla buttercream
marshmallows
black edible food marker
orange edible food marker
M&M's Minis Milk Chocolate Candies
5 drops super black gel paste food coloring

Instructions:

Using a black edible food marker draw dots on your marshmallows to signify the snowman's eyes and mouth.
Using the orange edible food marker draw an orange carrot nose onto your marshmallows.
Using a knife or icing spatula frost your cupcake flat with vanilla buttercream.
Gently press your snowman's marshmallow head onto the cupcake.
Gently press three M&M's Milk Chocolate Minis in a vertical row below the marshmallow head; these are your snowman's buttons.
Color buttercream with 5 drops of super black food coloring.

Ingredients:
3 cups white chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Red and green food coloring
1/4 cup holiday sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Directions:
Prepare the Pan:
Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra paper hanging over the sides for easy removal.
Melt the Chocolate:
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
Color the Fudge:
Divide the melted mixture evenly into three bowls. Tint one bowl with red food coloring and another with green food coloring, leaving the third bowl plain.
Layer the Fudge:
Pour the red fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Next, layer the plain fudge on top of the red, followed by the green fudge. Gently swirl the layers together using a knife for a marbled effect.

2 large onions, peeled and sliced into thick rings
200g mozzarella cheese, cut into sticks
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil, for frying
Directions:
Separate onion slices into rings, ensuring each ring is intact.
Insert a mozzarella stick into each onion ring, pressing gently to fit. Repeat until all rings are filled.
Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in the third.
Dredge each stuffed ring in flour, then dip in egg, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat the egg and breadcrumb steps for a double coating.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Test with a small piece of bread; if it sizzles, the oil is ready.
Fry the rings in batches, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup white granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
4. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
5. Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined.
6. Stir in crumbled bacon and chocolate chips.
7. Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
8. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
