Caramel Turtle Poke Cake

Ingredients
1 box chocolate cake mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 jar (12 oz) caramel sauce
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup chopped chocolate or mini chocolate chips
Extra caramel sauce and chocolate syrup (for drizzling)

Directions:
Bake the Cake:
Preheat your oven and prepare the chocolate cake mix according to package instructions. Bake the cake in a 9x13-inch pan and let it cool slightly.

Poke the Cake:
Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake. Make sure the holes are deep but not too wide.

Add the Filling:
Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, allowing it to seep into the holes. Follow with the caramel sauce, spreading it gently to fill the holes. Let the cake cool completely.

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil for misting

Directions:
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Stir in the cheddar cheese, pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.

Ingredients
For the brownies:
- One cup of unsalted butter
- Two cups of granulated sugar
- Four large eggs
- One teaspoon of vanilla extract
- One cup of Dr. Pepper soda
- One cup of all-purpose flour
- Three-quarters of a cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
- One-quarter teaspoon of salt
For the glaze:
- One-quarter cup of Dr. Pepper soda
- One-quarter cup of unsalted butter
- Two tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
- Two cups of powdered sugar
- Half a teaspoon of vanilla extract
Preparing the brownies:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a 9 by 13-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, remove from the heat and stir in the granulated sugar until fully combined.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and vanilla extract together. Gradually add the butter and sugar mixture, whisking constantly until smooth.

Spicy Cowboy Queso Dip

INGREDIENTS
1 lb ground beef
1/2 lb chorizo sausage
1 white onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 jalapeños, seeded and finely chopped
16 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles, undrained
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp cumin
black beans
Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and chorizo until fully cooked, about 8 minutes; drain excess grease.
Add chopped onion, red bell pepper, and jalapeños to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes until vegetables are softened.
Reduce heat to low and add all cheeses, diced tomatoes with chiles, and milk. Stir continuously until the cheese is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.

PEPPER STEAK IN A CROCK POT
Ingredients
2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
¾ teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cube beef bouillon
¼ cup hot water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ cup chopped onion
2 large green bell peppers, roughly chopped
1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, with liquid
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Sprinkle beef sirloin strips with garlic powder. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sear beef strips, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a slow cooker.
Mix bouillon cube with hot water in a separate container until dissolved, then mix in cornstarch until dissolved. Pour into the slow cooker with beef strips. Stir in onion, green peppers, stewed tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar, and salt.
Cover, and cook on High for 3 to 4 hours, or on Low for 6 to 8 hours.

- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions:

Directions:

2 cans of stewed tomatoes
1 pouch of Lipton Onion Soup Mix (any flavor)
1 large celery stalk, chopped finely
Ground beef (1-2 pounds)
Instructions:
Fill a large saucepan halfway with water and bring it to a boil.
Add the chopped cabbage, diced onions, and finely chopped celery to the boiling water, then reduce to a simmer.

1 teaspoon ghost pepper hot sauce (careful: adjust to taste)
4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Ingredients for Mac ’n’ Cheese:
2 cups cooked macaroni
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Assembly & Frying:
2 cups panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup flour
Vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions:
Make the Mac ’n’ Cheese: Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in flour to form a roux. Slowly whisk in milk and cook until slightly thickened. Stir in cheddar until melted and creamy. Add cooked macaroni and season with salt and pepper. Let it cool enough to handle.

- 1 can (15 oz) red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
**Instructions:**
1. **Cook Beef:**
- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic in a skillet. Drain excess fat.
2. **Layer in Slow Cooker:**
- In the slow cooker, layer sliced potatoes, cooked beef, tomatoes, beans, and corn.

Saw this recipe and we had to try it. Super cheap and easy! Kids had fun making it and enjoyed it!
Two packages of birthday cake muffin mix
1 block cream cheese - softened
1/4 cup stick butter - softened
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup water
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup sprinkles.
Preheat oven to 325. Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add muffin mix and all other ingredients and mix together until combined. We used our stand mixer but a hand mixer works as well. Once combined, add sprinkles and stir. Grease a loaf pan and pour into pan. Bake at 325 for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. When done, cool on wire rack in pan for 15 minutes and remove from pan. Let cool completely before frosting. We used whipped vanilla frosting.
