Good morning, family!
After my wife and I had an amazing night of worship at the in Buffalo, I woke up this morning meditating on two ideas: trusting in the Lord, and fear. I'll address fear first.
There are so many scriptures that talk about fear, and that we, God's chosen people, shouldn't do it! Whenever God puts an idea on my heart, I Google, "What does the bible say about _____?" to pull up the results on OpenBible.info, which is guaranteed to give me at least a dozen scriptures on the topic. Here are just a few that I snagged about fear.
=====
Isaiah 41:10 ESV
Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.
2 Timothy 1:7 ESV
For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.
1 John 4:18 ESV
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love.
Psalm 34:4 ESV
I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.
Proverbs 29:25 ESV
The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.

Are you a child of God? Does He love His children? Has He given them power? Is He trustworthy?
The answer to all of these questions is a resounding YES! And, they are all punctuated by the above scriptures, noting that we should NOT be fearful of anything.
Back to the trustworthiness of God, the scripture that He put on my mind is:
Proverbs 3:5-6 NKJV
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding; In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He shall direct your paths.
If we as God's children trust solely in the Lord, our God, there is no room for fear to creep in!
If you are still reading, I want to impart this on you today. Be Fearless. In your walk with Christ, Be Fearless. In your struggles and hardship, Be Fearless. In your breakthrough and celebration, Be Fearless. Know that God is riding for His child, and would never think twice to protect him. Live in that love He has for you. Be Fearless.
