A 3:14 p.m. update to VCEmergency.com states: "Public safety personnel are actively working to mitigate the presence of methane gas in the underground storm drain / sewer pipeline system near the Community of Pierpont in the City of Ventura. High levels of methane gas can reduce the amount of breathable air in the ambient environment and can lead to explosive conditions. Residents who live within the warning areas are asked to follow the instructions of public safety officials."

Still, a residency résumé has no inherent value since all “locals” are all transplants and replants depending on how far back we count pedigree.
