Beautiful way of understanding what is healthy versus not. This was shared by Kendra Carelli and I thought others would enjoy it. How many times in the office or with friends do we get the validation and hope versus "toxic" positivity? I believe people want to help, here is a way of seeing how to do it with greater positive impace.
