Welcoming in the new era of growth and rebirth for my business!

After months of my intuition nudging me to change my business name, I finally pulled the trigger and changed it.

Sheena Embodied was the phrase where I desired to do deep inner work to heal and become a more aligned coach/mentor.

Now my focus has changed to supporting my clients and helping them on their healing journey.

Sheena Embodied is now Wild Heart Radiance!!

Hello my lovely souls!

Yesterday I entered into my 38th year. This year feels different to me. I spent last year building my confidence, releasing subconscious tethers that have been holding me back and stepping into my power.

On a physical level, I’ve spent so much energy and time into forming my office to match what I envisioned for the space (pictures to come! Promise!).

I have also been really digging deep to figure out my business style and how I want to operate my business.

This year, I am getting out of my head and listening to what my soul desires. I’ll be putting out offers that I haven’t before. Ones that light me up and feel good on a deep level. That will bring massive healing to my clients. 2024 feels like a year of growth and transformation in an effortless way. Stepping out of the shadows and being visible in a way I haven’t been before.

Yesterday, Joff and I got massages together which was heavenly. He took me to a cafe for lunch and later an Italian restaurant for dinner. It was all so yummy! Definitely the perfect Ta**us Birthday!

Happy Thursday, my lovely souls!

My life is entering a season of massive change. As a Ta**us, it’s uncomfortable to know that life is about to undergo a massive upheaval. Joff and I most likely will be moving off island, an hour away from where we currently live.

I am going to continue to come back to Oak Harbor to continue building the spiritual community here. I am keeping my office space. I’m really leaning into Spirit right now, to guide me on how to balance it all.

Lately, I have been working so much and neglecting my spiritual practices. I didn’t meditate, didn’t smudge myself daily, do readings, nothing. I became grumpier, unsatisfied with life and ungrounded. I lost myself a little in the grind of working three jobs. My mind gave the excuse of I’m too busy.

This week, I decided to come back to my center. To consciously ground myself every day. Start the day off with smudging, spraying myself with essential oils and holding my smokey citrine while I connect with Mother Earth. I feel like myself again, more optimistic and most importantly, centered.

I feel like sometimes when we get so busy living this human experience, we feel like we have to make big moves to come back to our spiritual side. So we put it off and continue to be unhappy. In reality, making the small changes builds momentum and gets us deeply aligned again.

So if you been riding the struggle bus lately, take a moment today to take off your shoes, put your feet in the dirt of Mother Earth and feel into the miracle of life. Fill your lungs with a deep breath of the fresh air and feel the energy of Mother Earth working her magic inside of you.

I feel like with this new moon in Scorpio, a lot of emotions that have been stuck in our subconscious are rising to the surface. Ones that we pushed down in the past as we were not ready to heal them. They are coming to the surface to be healed and released.

This is for our benefit so that we can start making big moves in our lives that are fully aligned and what our soul desires to create. Be gentle with yourself as you deal with these emotions and know that you are fully supported by the universe as you work through this process.

Even though my legs tremble,
A part of me feels nervous,
A little voice still whispers doubts,
My mind comes up with excuses to cancel,
I will keep showing up.
It’s not about me,
I am only the channel for Spirit to flow through and heal,
It has never been about me,
Or how “good” I am.
It’s about the people who need healing.
The more times I show up,
The voice gets quieter,
My trust in myself grows stronger
And the nerves go away.

Saturday was so magical! It feels so good to be helping create a community where people feel supported and loved as they are. When I pulled into my driveway, there was the biggest rainbow 🌈 Felt like a sign from the universe that I’m on the right path!
