Tam Valley Elementary school. Cabaret 2022. Been filming it every year since 2003, well before this year’s performers were even born.
Working Bar/Bat Mitzvahs frequently allows me the opportunity to interact with the Emcees and party motivators. This is Jocelyn, of Denon and Doyle, at the Werbach Bar Mitzvah in September. (Super T was the Emcee) I asked Jocelyn to film a “selfie” while dancing with the guests. She obliged with enthusiasm, and we captured some memorable footage.
Eleven years ago, local legend and Emmy winner, Rita Abrams approached me about producing a gag music video, sung to the music of, Grandma Got Run Over By a Reindeer, originally recorded by another local legend (and personal running and golfing friend!), Elmo Shropshire. Rita wrote the lyrics to the NEW song, BUBBIE GOT RUN OVER BY A REINDEER. We filmed one day at the home of Judi and Finis Smith in Corte Madera. This is a short clip of the full music video. Mill Valley girls softball. The 2008 Cardinals, coached by Dennis Eaton. Of particular note from this team is Aria Pogni, who later became an all-star high school player, and played four years in college for Loyola Marymount University. This is the short version of the team highlight.

Their extended family have been part of the Gascon Family Ranch (El Paso De Guadalupe) for generations. This is a short look into their early lives.
