The new building will make it safer for ACOs to bring in unpredictable strays and for staff to care for them. It will provide space to temporarily place animals that need care following emergencies like car accidents or house fires, or have been rescued from hoarding situations. And it will be used for community service events, including spay/neuter clinics and even dog training classes.
