Beautiful day at Dyken pond. Very long drive down to the launch. They let you take your car down but you have to park at top.

Snyders lake is getting an upgrade. If you live in Rensselaer County you can use Snyder's Lake boat launch. Boat parking is free.

Always label your kayak, canoe, standup paddleboard, and other paddle craft with an If Found sticker. Doing so assists search and rescue responders in efficiently determining if a true emergency exists, prevents unnecessary searches, saves thousands of dollars in associated search costs, and enables the paddle craft to be returned to its rightful owner.
