St. John's Lutheran Church will be hosting a free community Christmas Dinner this year. Senior Pastor Pam Fickenscher described the event as: "a really great way. Just make sure that everybody has a little bit of community, a little bit of company on Christmas Day."

As the year comes to a close the Northfield Public Library released their “2024 Wrapped” which shows some different data points up through the end of November of this year. So far 230,328 items have been checked out from the library, as well as 33,886 eBooks and eAudiobooks.

Good Morning folks,

Here's an update on the road conditions in the Northfield area. At the moment, almost every road has some amount of snow cover on it, this includes at least parts of Highway 3 and 19. Local/residential roads are still largely snow-covered. The interstates, according to 511mn.org, are largely clear at the moment. Remember to drive with caution out there. We will keep you posted with any updates.

The City of Northfield, has declared a snow emergency. The city has given the following timeline for snow removal:
- Residential streets will be plowed Today
- Downtown snow removal will be on Saturday
- Snow removal in all downtown parking lots will be on Sunday
