Join the Northfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Tourism for this year's Community Market Fair featuring local exhibitors for all of your home, garden, lifestyle, health and leisure needs. - Sweet Reads Book Club at River Bend Nature Center (Bestselling Us) 2-3pm. Open group discussion on topics that include environmentalism, forestry, wellness, sustainability, climate change and more. Refreshments provided. This week's topic is Sustainability. This week's books are Rooted: Stories of Life, Land and a Farming Revolution by Sarah Langford and The Conscious Closet: The Revolutionary Guide to Looking Good While Doing Good. Free event. - The Okee Dokee Brothers in the Northfield Middle School Auditorium 3pm. The Grammy Award-winning Okee Dokee Brothers, Joe Mailander and Justin Lansing, have put their passion for the outdoors at the heart of their Americana folk music. They record and perform family music with a goal to inspire children and their parents to step outside and get creative. Hosted by Northfield Youth Choirs. - Kevin Kling is Sending Chad Filley: Comedian Packing at Lakeville Area Arts Center 4pm. Join Scandinavian comedic storyteller Chad Filley and special guest storyteller Kevin Kling for an evening of family-friendly laughter. This event is a fundraiser to finance Filley's trip to Norway, where he will gather more Norwegian tales and live with the reindeer-herding Sami in the Arctic Circle. - Pints for Pride at The Grand Event Center of Northfield 5-8pm. Fundraiser for Northfield Pride featuring guest speakers, silent auction and drag performances. All ages.
- Line Dancing at Next Chapter Winery 6pm. Learn three to four dances from award-winning choreographer Kerry Maus. Songs will be a mix of pop and country. Doors open 6pm, line dancing instruction 7pm, free dancing 8-9pm. Cost is $7 in advance, $12 at the door, register on the Next Chapter Winery's page.
- Theater: The Living Last Supper at Urland Lutheran Church 7pm. Urland Lutheran Church presents their 13th annual drama of The Living Last Supper. This is a live re-enactment of Leonardo Da Vinci's painting of The Last Supper. Each of the disciples in the historic painting speaks and tells the story of his association with Jesus and ends his remarks asking the question: "Is it I?" (who will betray Him). Special music will be part of the drama and communion will be served to all by the disciples.
- Vinnie Rose at Brianno's Chart House 7-10pm. Vinnie Rose is the Midwest's premiere "live looping" acoustic guitarist and vocalist.
- Musical Tribute to Patsy Cline with Colleen Raye Productions - Girl Singers LLC at Zumbrota State Theatre 7pm. Colleen Raye sings the songs of Patsy Cline with heartfelt sincerity and skill. She spices up the show with her natural charisma and sense of humor. Backed by The Midwest Wranglers, a quartet of top-notch country musicians, including Norton Lawellin on keys, Joe Savage on steel guitar, Kipp Galloway on drums and Dan Gaarder on guitar.
