Angelic Tires - Big O Tires
If you missed our recent ad that aired in many markets during the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl for Big O Tires, here it is in all its devilish and heavenly glory.
We had a great time creating the interior breakfast nook in our studio, and dialing in the way we wanted it to look. MāHK Advertising was on hand to help see things through, and run the alternate dialogue lines during the shoot.
Editing, audio, post production and compositing was all done in house.
All in all it was a fun spot with great people involved.

Alright, now.... it's time for our annual demo reel. Love to show off what a talented crew we have here at MG studios. They all bring their A game every day (even though we know things are always graded on a curve.)

VFX shots for Joseph Smith film
We were approached by Lee Groberg to provide VFX shots for a Joseph Smith film. The shots would include removing interior and exterior locations. Some shots required removing, or hiding, distracting modern elements, replacing sidewalks with boardwalks, exterior building replacements, and CG gunshots/wounds. We were instructed to keep the gunshot VFX in the PG/PG-13 realm.
I should note that this doesn't include the final color grading or sound.
This film will be airing on PBS in March 2018.
