I am Carolyn Anderson and I wonder how your business grows if you run it like you run the home delivery portion of your business. I paid my subscription to receive your newspaper over 10 days ago. You said that we would receive it Monday or Tuesday of the following week. This is the second week and we have not received our paper or have any comment from your organization about the lack of getting it. I got excuses from your person in charge of the carriers (not having enough of them) but no assurance that I would get my paper when stated I would. You have our money, I guess that is all that is important to you and do not concern yourselves with making sure delivery is accomplished. I am sure that there are some residents on La France Avenue that subscribe to your product and probably receive it without any problems. Why can't you let that carrier know that we are subscribers and have him/her deliver our paper everyday. You have our subscription paid for, where is our paper?????? Seems to me that your need to hire a person to take charge of home delivery, that knows what is going on and how to handle it and the customer. If you want further details, you can call me at 941-423-7571 and deliver my paper when it is due which is tomorrow morning, May 17, 2023 with no excuses needed.
