I just want to brag on God for a minute. As I was driving to a Christian bookstore yesterday, I told God that I would really like a new Bible tote/purse and I really needed it to be on clearance! 😃. I walked over to the Bible section and there on the floor was this beautiful coral tote/purse, on clearance, and it was the only one in that style! The words, “Trust in the Lord”, are on the outside. Exactly what He is teaching me every day!! Isn’t He so amazing!! ❤️ He delights in giving His children what they ask for!

Have you ever gone on a cruise? I haven’t, let alone even seen a cruise ship in person. 2 were docked yesterday…one is the new Carnival Jubilee cruise ship. Check out the roller coaster on top!

Yesterday and today were super fun! Sea glass hunting! The pics show my haul…pretty sure I am obsessed! A great way to end 2023! Happy New Year!

This is how we spent our first Christmas in Texas! We rode the ferry to Bolivar Peninsula and spent time on the beach there. Bill did some metal detecting and I found 2 beautiful Sea Hearts, as well as sea glass and sea shells. More pics to come of those. We ended our time in Galveston by eating at Golden Corral. It’s been a dream of mine to be on the beach at Christmas time. Merry Christmas, y’all!

Pretty sure we got transported back to Minnesota overnight! 😆 Frost on the grass and truck, and now I’m waiting for the truck to defrost, because we don’t have a scraper! 😩😆🤣

Happy Thanksgiving! We have so much to be Thankful for, don’t we? God, family, friends, life, protection, jobs, and more.
Today marks 6 months since we went full-time in Dreamwheeler, our tiny home on wheels!

I found a fun little beach today, just 20 min from our place. Tons of oyster shells, crab shells and sea glass! I’ll post pics of those tomorrow when I get them cleaned up. San Leon Beach.

We did some exploring today in Kemah and Dickinson, TX. It was a cold, dreary day, but we found
El Jardin Beach where we disa few treasures. The first pic is a crab shell that we both examined carefully, thinking it was unoccupied. Well, guess what?!? There is no vacancy in this shell. So tomorrow, it’s going back to the ocean. Gotta put the living back where they belong!
The 2nd pic is a baby one I found and it is for sure unoccupied! 😃 The 3rd pic is a few other crab shells we saw that we left behind.
