🥋 Karate Basic Kicks Breakdown 🥋

✅ Mae Geri (Front Kick) – A straight forward kick, striking with the ball of the foot. Great for speed and precision.

✅ Yoko Geri (Side Kick) – A powerful side kick, using the heel or blade of the foot. Strong for pushing or breaking defense.
