Guys!! Guess what I've been doing?!? Doggie Daycare!! It's so much fun!! Everyone at Pet Rendezvous has been super patient with me as I was a weary at first ❤️ but now, my sassy side is coming out. 🤭 I've already moved up to the big dog yard!! 🐾 Oh my goodness, I'm exhausted. I'll be in bed early tonight. 😴

I'm so excited! I've got my own beach! Well, I have to share it with my pawrents and my sisters, but I just love it. It's so relaxing, and the water is right there whenever I want to splash around. It's definitely my new favorite place to hang - I could sleep here all day and night!!

Want to meet my new sisters?!? I'm so excited to be part of a husky pack! Sherpa Lou is black and white, and Yeti Sue is red and white. They have been showing me all the ropes around my new home! We had the first family pack walk over to The Big Lake this morning, which was so much fun! Of course, I went for a swim afterward!

Good morning from Millie's new pawrents! ☕

First, we can't say enough about how amazing Millie's foster mom is! It takes a genuinely tremendous person to rescue and care for Millie the way she did. What a fantastic job she did with this beautiful pup, and will continue to do! She is also so patient with us. We have leaned to her for guidance and she has been so helpful. We are thrilled that she will continue to be a wonderful part of and keep loving on Millie in this latest part of her journey.

A little bit of our story....
Another dog wasn't in the plans. Your shares of Millie's posts continued to pop up in our feed; even a great friend who lives hours away from here was sharing her story. On a random Saturday morning, I just woke up wanting Millie in our little world. As we worked through the process, we thought if it was meant to be, it would be. All that matters is that sweet Millie gets a loving furever home.

The support from all of her followers through her journey has been amazing. We understood that donations were key with Millie. We couldn't believe everything that Foster Mom brought over! With everyone's support, Millie has so many wonderful things to move in. Bags of food, storage containers, bowls, toys, treats, her mega-kennel, and fancy bed. We needed a moving crew to bring it all in. 😂

We will definitely keep posting about Millie's adventures, good times, and lake living! We hope you will stick around for Part III of Millie's journey.

Hello friends🐾

Millie here and I need to tell you so many things! I found my forever family!
When foster mom created my special hashtag it was because I was free from the horrible place I lived, but now it has a second meaning. I'm going to be living in Freedom, NH. I will have 2 pawrents now, so I guess I need to cut down on my shenanigans because there are more eyes on me🤭 Also, I'll have 2 siblings and they're huskies too! We all know how much I love the water, guess what?! I'll be living on the water and I even have a boat! All I have to do is walk outside at my new place and the water is right there, no waiting for a pool to fill up! This is going to be so fun for me! One more really special thing that makes my foster mom and me so very happy is...my foster mom is going to be my dogsitter when my pawrents go away!!! I still get to see her and my foster siblings!💕🐾 I'm only 23 minutes away from where I've been living, I only know this because foster mom told me🤭 and she can visit me whenever she wants to😊 One more good thing, my pawrents said that they will keep posting on my page here! I get to continue to share my life with all of you🎊
Foster mom said it took so long to find my pawrents because she only wanted the absolute best possible people she could find, and she did it! I feel so incredibly grateful for every single moment since foster mom saved me and it's just going to keep getting better! Thank you all for following me and supporting me in every possible way.

My part as her foster mom is coming to an end, what a journey we have had together❤️
Eight months of love, patience, laughter, and joy. She certainly enriched our lives in so many ways, but also tested her limits and my patience some days too. Goodbyes are the hardest part of fostering, they take a piece of you with them, but they also leave you with so many wonderful memories of their milestones along the way.
Millie, you will always have a piece of our hearts, you are loved and you were worth saving🐾 Shine on beautiful girl, and I know you will live your best and happiest life with your forever family💕
I will post at 5 with all of the amazing details of her new beginning with her very own family 🐾

8 Month Rescueversary ‼️

Last week Millie and I did some canvases together 🐾 12 to be exact😊 As most of you know I'll be announcing this Sunday who her forever pawrents are🎊 She is going to her happily ever after home and today marks her 8 month rescueversary!!
So much to be grateful for. All of you who followed her journey, supported her, cheered her on through her milestones and offered advice. I could not have done it without your help, so, THANK YOU ALL!!
I will be doing a little fundraiser starting now through Sunday afternoon to try and get sponsors for Millie's homing fee. If you care to donate you can through Venmo -Kelly-5. Anyone that donates from now through Sunday will be in the drawing for one of her canvas prints🐾 (if you donated any amount yesterday and want to be in the drawing send me a message and you are in😉) Her Amazon Wish list will also remain open until Sunday and anything purchased will be brought to Millie by me😊 (so I can visit and tell her how much she is loved by all of you and me😊💕)
