Waves Audio may call this new "Curves Equator" but I'm thinking that "Voodoo EQ" is a better name! This is truly a revolutionary piece of kit that is transforming much of what I'm doing EQ-wise...and it's bonkers-fast. The AI component creates an amazing starting place (sometimes it's all that's needed!)— and the options for tweaking is deep... while still staying very clean with a killer GUI. Head over to the Waves' site and watch some of the video content on "Equator." —It's officially in my template and on each of my 8-individual output groups/stems.

I love adding new instruments to my toolbox… But it’s rare that one comes along that inspires me to start writing a new song immediately. That totally was the case when I dove into Vintage Keys by this week. This is a truly inspiring and breathtaking instrument. You really need to check this out!

Dare I say— every music creative, artist and sound designer needs an authentic in their arsenal.

I have personally been using the version of the iconic for over a decade and have never heard any other virtual instrument that comes as close to the real thing.
Now they have just come out with their new “version 4/IV” that absolutely slays it!

The new from .io is way fun and way inspiring! The battery slider is brilliant for adding a bit of “crapped out” sonics— the whole instrument sounds killer.
This plugin has done the original 1982 multiple times better!

I'm such a fan of the by Waves Audio. The vibe, warmth and true character of vintage consoles is here in this well laid-out GUI. Tube-based dynamics, EQ, and saturation are finding their way on nearly every channel in my recent sessions. Even keeping it an its settings, this thing is magical. Waves killed it yet again. —
