Gotta give a big thumbs up to Curves AQ — this thing surprised me.

It listens to your audio and builds five EQ options based on what it hears. Not presets—these are real curves shaped around your sound. I tried it on vocals and full mixes, and it just… worked. Felt natural, not over-processed.

What I dig?
• It reacts in context of the whole mix, not just solo tracks.
• You can shape the tone with just a few quick moves.
•And the live version? Zero latency—super handy for tracking.

It doesn’t take over your sound—it helps you dial it in faster, with more vibe.

Definitely worth a spin if you’re in the studio a lot.

I’m an unashamed lover of all-things “EP.” I have many (MANY EP VIs- a couple which permanently reside in my writing templates… Is another Electric Piano library really needed? … well, I strongly believe that ‘s recent offering (called: ) is a must-have. With 10 different models, 5 different cabinets, FX, Vintage EQ and “drive control”- this one has become a new addition to my template. It feels alive under your fingers…and makes me feel like I’m “within” the instrument itself. Inspiring to say the least!!

Truth! I've been a continual user of “ST” alone and this landscape (new GUI) is GORGE! (...can an attractive and useful GUI make the plugin sound better?? You tell me!)

Waves Audio may call this new "Curves Equator" but I'm thinking that "Voodoo EQ" is a better name! This is truly a revolutionary piece of kit that is transforming much of what I'm doing EQ-wise...and it's bonkers-fast. The AI component creates an amazing starting place (sometimes it's all that's needed!)— and the options for tweaking is deep... while still staying very clean with a killer GUI. Head over to the Waves' site and watch some of the video content on "Equator." —It's officially in my template and on each of my 8-individual output groups/stems.

I love adding new instruments to my toolbox… But it’s rare that one comes along that inspires me to start writing a new song immediately. That totally was the case when I dove into Vintage Keys by this week. This is a truly inspiring and breathtaking instrument. You really need to check this out!
