Meet one of our amazing advisors, Kimberly Teachman😇
Kimberly R. Teachman is a seasoned law enforcement professional with a passion for justice and a commitment to serving her community. With over two decades of experience in the field, Kimberly has held various roles within the Oklahoma City Police Department. She has multiple years of experience serving as a Domestic Violence Detective and Supervising the Domestic Violence Investigative Unit at Palomar.
Currently serving as a Lieutenant in the Burglary Unit at the Oklahoma City Police Department, Kimberly oversees a wide range of criminal cases. Kimberly’s career has been marked by a strong focus on addressing societal issues such as domestic violence. During her tenure as a Detective in the Domestic Violence Unit, she managed a high caseload, conducted difficult interviews with victims and suspects, and collaborated with multi-jurisdictional teams to combat and prevent domestic violence.
Her dedication to advocating for victims’ rights and providing support to those in need has been unwavering throughout her career. Kimberly’s contributions to law enforcement have been recognized through numerous accolades, including letters of appreciation, the Life Saving Award for a domestic violence survivor and a Certificate of Achievement for the capture of a serial r**e suspect.
As an Operation Halo advisor, Kimberly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table. Her insights into law enforcement practices, victim advocacy, and community engagement make her a valuable resource for audiences seeking to understand and address complex domestic issues within our society.
