A few years ago, the great author and speaker, Harvey Mackay, was my guest on The Official BNI Podcast. He shared three helpful tips about rejection, and reminded listeners that failure is not permanent, it is temporary.

We also talked about losing a client. I love Harvey’s suggestions on WHAT TO SAY and WHAT TO ASK the customer who is leaving. I think they are very relevant for BNI Members and for all businesspeople.
