Our Story
Avery County's "Heritage" station, we are the Heart of the High Country. We broadcast a blend of Southern Gospel, Bluegrass Gospel, and “Heart” Music.
Home of the High Country Swap Shop which runs daily, Monday to Saturday, at 9:30 am.
We are an affiliate for North Carolina News Network, as well as featuring our own Local News, Weather, and Sports.
We attract a loyal following of long-term Avery County locals as well as seasonal residents and visitors; this includes skiers, hikers, rafters, climbers, bikers, and many more.
