Nager dans la Seine? Ça, alors! Mais oui!! Three 2024 Paris Olympics events will take place in the Seine, so it's being cleaned up! For over 100 years, people feared dipping their toes into the filthy water. Not any more! The city will have to coordinate the swimming with the bâteaux-mouches and other boats when it goes public.

Banned for a century because of filthy water, bathing is to resume in parts of the river.
