For one thing, these are PMC, like Wagner Group was, are not militia, in my opinion.
These 16 large Chinese corporations have many subsidiaries already set up under their corporate umbrellas, some are inactive, just exist on paper, any of those inactive ones can be used for their Chinese corperations PMC division, private military.
The United Nations allows this as long as the private military is under a corperate structure, then they are not defined as being mercenaries.
This qualifies as PMC.
Note how they are being described as volunteers, are paid by the corporations, not the government.
Reserve forces (ie national guard, militia) would draw a separate government paycheck, these draw solely their corperate paychecks.
That makes them PMC, can even be utilized as Wagner Group was for Russia, if China sought to do that.
Are any of the BlackRock China investment funds, invested in any of these 16 corporations?
If so Americans are once again flowing massive amounts of money to fund this, paying to train, support and arm them.
