Ladi Smigura (@ladimusic) is a boutique pop and crossover violinist and music producer. Born and raised in the Czech Republic’s traditional culture teeming with music and dances, he was always taking place on center stage. After School of Music in Bojkovice and Conservatory of Teplice, Ladi studied composition at the Academy of Music Arts in Prague, then the University of Economics and Charles University, ending with an MBA degree from New York University at LIU Post. He is also a founder of transportation solutions RydeCar.com.
On his journey from leading band Bojkovjan, to performing with Paul Oakenfold, Electric Light Orchestra and Jersey Boys, he presents choreographed violin performances of originals and/or covers with a singer or a saxophonist and/or a DJ.
He rocks Samuel Shen's Stradivari with neon lighting running Pirastro Perpetual strings on Glasser carbon bow via Schertler pickup and Shure wireless system.
