Today on our episode #423, ’s guest is Paolo Montanaro () of , a family-owned truffle company founded in 1950 in Alba, Italy, by Giuseppe “Beppe” Montanaro; known for its production & gourmet specialties. Beppe was driven by a passion for the rich flavors of his homeland in the Langhe hills, & in 1968, opened Da Beppe in Alba, a restaurant that soon became a Michelin-recognized reference for mushroom and truffle cuisine. Together with his wife, Domenica Bertolusso, Beppe founded Tartuflanghe in 1975 to select, process, and export the prized Alba truffles around the world, while exploring new ways to preserve and enhance their flavor. ✨
Today, Paolo, along with his sister Stefania Montanaro, & his wife Veronica Gaudio, lead their family business, continuing the family tradition of excellence while expanding their international reach & product innovation. ✨
