✅ Facebook reguires you get 50 conversions per week per ad set to get out of the learning phase.

The problem is…

❌ That means if you have 3 ad sets running on Facebook AND they are even all in the same campaign then you still need 50 conversions on each of the 3 ad sets to get out of learning.

If you do NOT hit that threshold of conversions and exit learning this is the advice you will get from nearly everyone…

“Why don’t you optimize for a higher funnel event.”

That means instead of optimizing for purchases you would instead optimize for add to carts or content views.

And in doing that you will get your 50 events. The problem is you will be teaching facebook the wrong thing.

Hispanic consumers will have a higher adoption rate than the total US population on seven of the eight social media platforms we forecast in 2024.

This report uses the term “Hispanic” because it has the highest rate of usage for pan-ethnic self-identification, per Pew Research Center. However, the population is incredibly diverse in race, country of origin, and acculturation. No one term can accurately represent the entire group.

YouTube and Netflix are the preferred platforms. More than half are on a Meta platform, with Instagram and WhatsApp being the most popular.

Radio remains relevant, but they are also the group most likely to pay for Spotify Premium.

Marketing to to this group requires nuance. Although unified by language and a love for streaming and social media, their differences by region, acculturation, and race are important.
