Little breakfast bagel😌❤️‍🔥🥯 It's the same fried chicken recipe as we made in yesterday's "kids at the back" video ☺️❣️ ♥️our YOUTUBE: @chefkoudy (Linked in bio ❣️) 🤍our MERCH: @wearchef (We make all of it by ourselves, printing, packaging, designing, etc ❣️) RECIPE 🥯For 2 people: FRIED CHICK: 🍗 Ingredients: -2 chicken breasts -frying oil (aprox 750ml ) -cornflakes (or panko bread crumbs) -batter: 1 cup flour, 1+ cup water, 1/2 little spoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 little spoon of garlic powder, aprox 1/4 little spoon of salt, pepper Instructions: 1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Dip the chicken into the batter, and cover in crushed cornflakes. 2. Make Pulled Pork Bun with us♥️🍔 Song is Dancing in the moonlight x Pumped up kicks RECIPE - For aprox 2-4 people INGREDIENTS: Chipotle mayo: -1 spoon mixed chipotles in adobo/ or chipotle paste, 6 spoons of mayo, 1 spoon of bbq sauce, 1 small onion, 2 cloves of garlic, salt, pepper, squeeze of lemon/ lime Pulled pork: -aprox 500-700g pork shoulder, 500g pork belly, 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, bbq sauce, smoked paprika (powder), salt, pepper, (optional - 200ml beer/ orange juice), cilantro Purpleslaw: -1/2 purple cabbage, 1 carrot, 1 parsley root, 1 red onion, 1 clove of garlic, couple leaves of cilantro, aprox 2 spoons white/red wine vinegar, cca 5 spoons of mayo, salt, pepper Finish: 4 buns, 8 slices of cheddar cheese, couple spoons of butter, bbq sauce INSTRUCTIONS: Chipotle mayo: - chop onion and garlic finely, and fry on olive oil. - mix all ingredients together in medium bowl Pulled pork: - chop onion tomatoes and garlic roughly - put everything into the baking tray, or big pot and cover with a lid or alu foil. - (optional- let it rest over night in the fridge) - bake in the preheated oven on 180C/ 360F - around 3- 3,5 hours with the lid on. Then take the lid off and roast another 0,5 hour. -take the meat out of the pot into the medium bowl and pull that pork - add the sauce from the pot into the bowl Purpleslaw: - grate/ or chop finely- the purple cabbage, carrot, parsley, onion and garlic - add all together Finish: - toast the burger bun on the pan with the butter - spread chipotle mayo on the bun - put purpleslaw on the chipotle may - put pulled pork on the slaw - bbq sauce on the pulled pork - cheddar on the pulled pork (you can let it melt in the oven, or on the pan with the lid on, or you can use fire torch) - and close it with the top bun and chipotle mayo. #brno #pulledpork #bun #sandwich #sandwiches #pulledporksandwich #pulledporkburger #pulledporkbun #pulledporktacos #chipotle #chipotlemayo #cheddar #cheddarcheese #col
