The editorial “Autumn Heat” for Vanity Teen blends classic men’s autumn fashion with youthful city vibes. Photographer Steven Kohlstock and stylist Maya Mae Adam crafted a narrative celebrating the season, using bold color combinations like red, black, and beige to create a striking symbiosis.

In this photo editorial, photographer Roger Vekstein () captured Sergio Perdomo () in the vibrant streets of New York’s West Village. Inspired by Sergio’s natural presence and versatility, the goal was to create images that blended elegance with spontaneity. As the shoot progressed, Sergio interacted with his surroundings, hanging from ledges and posing on trash bins, which added a fun, dynamic touch to the images.

«Creativity takes courage.» – Henri Matisse

I have always appreciated the word courage.

Courage comes from the Latin cor habeo, which means “having heart”, “acting with the heart”.

The courage to believe in one’s dreams is the element that unites the protagonists of this series of interviews which aim to highlight the work and inner universes of creatives from all over the world.

We begin our journey with Jay Paulo Rodrigues, and you will soon understand why the word courage is even more fitting with him.

Jay is a young photographer and art director of Brazilian origins who grew up in the south of France before moving to Paris.

His style is “raw, analog, retro and thoughtful”, as he himself says.

Jay doesn’t like simple things and this emerges from the HEROINES project that he presents on Vanity Teen and which is entirely shot in FP100C films.

The collaboration between ERL and Levi’s® has already produced a number of great items, and the project continues to evolve. Recently, the latest chapter of the ERL x Levi’s® collaborative collection was officially launched on the brand’s social media, featuring items such as flared pants with open legs, wool-covered denim undershirts and denim-waisted tote bags, combining Levi’s® archival inspirations from the 1970’s with ERL’s vintage and playful fashion concepts. The collection is a fusion of Levi’s® archival inspiration from the 70’s and ERL’s vintage playfulness. It is reported that this new collaboration series will be officially launched on May 9th

In the dynamic realm of fashion photography, the discovery of Matteo by his agency, Select, introduced a refreshing muse with a captivating presence and vibrant, short-colored hair. Our photo shoot, nestled within my Paris studio at the end of 2023, aimed to capture Matteo’s natural expressiveness and infectious smile through a narrative that was both liberating and bold.
