I PUBLISHED A BOOK! 📚

No, seriously, I did. I teamed up with a group of phenomenal business-oriented women to collectively show our human side in a short story collection titled Pieces Of A Woman, Volume 2, published by Open Book Publishing.

Pieces Of A Woman invites readers to intimate and vulnerable experiences on our healing journey in various stages and ages of life. The theme for this second volume is “Bold in Her Serenity” to illustrate the untapped courage every woman has to live on her own terms, peacefully.

Y’all can we talk for a few about how
Cohort 1 DID THE WORK YALL!!

During our INAUGURAL 7 week Time Ownership Intensive we turned on the lights inside our dark closets that were once PADLOCKED! How you ask? By cultivating a space of SAFETY, softness, and GRACE to facilitate the openness and support required to allow BREAKTHROUGHS of healing, vulnerability, and self accountability to take root and flow through!

Here’s what these ladies experienced as they SHIFTED from “managing” their time to ⬇️⬇️⬇️ OWNING THEIR TIME! ⬇️⬇️⬇️

✅They FOUND, ACKNOWLEDGED, and UNPACKED unhealed spaces within themselves many of which had been buried by fear and avoidance SINCE CHILDHOOD!

✅They did EXTENSIVE inner child work that allowed them to rediscover/reconnect with versions and parts of themselves they didn’t even have time to realize were missing or abandoned due to the massive external load of self betrayal they were carrying!

✅They are now breaking down and redistributing these loads to the proper places, spaces, and people using our learn to discern what is and ain’t yo business time ownership principles all while ramping up to continue on to the next and final 7 Week Time Ownership Intensive!
