One of my favorite law enforcement scams is the number of witnesses scam. If law enforcement puts up a large number of people with the same story everyone assumes it's true. For example 20 or 50 witnesses in a criminal court case. United States law enforcement has hundreds of thousands of employees and billions of dollars. United States law enforcement can have any number of people say anything they want at any time anywhere.
