750 milliliters gin
5 to 10 strands saffron
100 milliliters filtered water
75 milliliters dry vermouth
75 milliliters blanc vermouth
𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴
Make the saffron-infused gin: Combine gin and saffron and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour, then fine-strain. Keeps indefinitely.
Combine all ingredients in a liter-sized bottle.
Shake briefly to integrate, then place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
When ready to serve, pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

𝘙𝘦𝘥 𝘉𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘗𝘦𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘚𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱
1 red bell pepper, chopped and de-seeded
8 ounces water
3/4 cup sugar
𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴
Make the syrup: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on low for about 30 seconds. Let sit overnight, then strain out the solids.
Combine all ingredients except the soda water and chili salt in a shaking tin.
Shake and strain over ice into Collins glass rimmed with chili salt.
Top with soda water.

2 parts tequila
1 part grapefruit-sage syrup
1 part fresh lime juice
3 dashes grapefruit bitters
1 part soda, to top
𝘎𝘳𝘢𝘱𝘦𝘧𝘳𝘶𝘪𝘵-𝘚𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘚𝘺𝘳𝘶𝘱
1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
1 cup sugar
20 sage leaves, torn into small pieces
𝘋𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴
Make the syrup: In a saucepan over low heat, add fresh grapefruit juice to sugar and sage leaves. Heat until the sugar is dissolved, about 5 minutes, and let cool. Strain out the sage leaves, bottle and refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a shaking tin.
Add ice, and shake until chilled.
Strain over ice into a Collins glass.
Top with soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh sage.
