Im guilty of prioritizing strength training over cardio workouts but I've realized the importance of both in my fitness routine. Spinning is now one of my favorite cardiovascular workouts that I recommend for anyone on their fitness journey. It's a full body, low impact, high intensity aerobic and Resistence workout that targets your core, legs, glutes and makes you Feel amazing

Variety is so important when it comes to my workouts as I find it important to ENJOY them. That's why I love spin class, it's never boring.

The goal is to a commit to a routine that includes: Strength Training, Cardio and Meditation. These 3 components will improve your overall physical and mental health. Build Lean muscle and lose body fat while improving our cognitive function and ease symptoms of anxiety and depression

Whether your goals are to lose weight or to FEEL BETTER, it is key to implement heavy weight lifting AND a cardiovascular routine 4-6x a week.

Try a new class if you are feeling stagnant in your fitness routine. Sometimes you have to switch it up to find your momentum

Here is a routine for your GLUTES & your BACK Using only dumbbells and a resistance band you can do this workout from the comfort of your own home. Save this to achieve that Hourglass shape while targeting your glutes, back and core

1 SUMO SQUATS 15 reps x 4

Toes are pointed outward, squat low. Keep your core engaged and back straight. No arching.

2 DEADLIFT W/ BAND 15 reps x 4

Place resistance band around shoulders and Under feet. Stand shoulder width apart and bend forward keeping core engaged.

3 DEADLIFT 15 reps x 4

Pelvic area is tucked under and knees slightly bent. Each time you stand up squeeze those glutes!

4 Wide stance, get a good grip on dumbbell and squat low as you stand swing dumbbell forward (only do this exercise If you have Enough space around you and you are not around others)

5 WALKING LUNGES 30 reps x 4

Holding two dumbbells at your sides walk forward with your knees coming directly over your ankles. Keeping that core engaged and back straight.

Beginners start with 1-2 sets

Advanced do 4-5 sets

Stay hydrated and remember to Eat a balanced meal within the first hour post workout

its called a fitness Journey for a reason. I promise you each day will come with it's own set of challenges but it's up to you to handle them with grace and perseverance, there are going be bad days and there are going be goods ones but no matter what your circumstances are, you have to keep pushing forward and enjoy that Journey@royalpersonaltraining

You don't need an audience to make progress. In order to Grow, you will have to put in the hard work when no one else is around. If you're going to better yourself, your gonna need to do it by yourself.

No body is going to be cheering you on most days, It's all You. YOU have to be your biggest fan, You have to be your biggest motivator day after day.

When you have this mindset, You are unstoppable.
