Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs
Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
8 small cubes mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
Grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley (optional)
Marinara sauce (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease or line a baking sheet.
Flatten each biscuit and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Wrap the dough around the cheese and seal it tightly.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, garlic powder, and salt.
Dip each wrapped biscuit in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it's well coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle each biscuit with grated Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until they turn golden brown.

Ingredients:
- 570g wheat flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 8g dry yeast
- 360ml warm water
- 1 egg + 1 egg white
- 20ml vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds 🌰

Instructions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
2. Add warm water and mix to form dough.
3. Knead dough, then add oil and knead until smooth.
4. Divide into 12 parts, cover, and let rest for 20 mins.
5. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 mins.

This hearty and flavorful John Wayne Casserole is a comforting dish that's perfect for any weeknight dinner. Packed with ground beef, veggies, cheese, and a creamy ranch sour cream topping, it's sure to become a family favorite in no time!
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ pounds lean ground beef
- 2 cups onion, diced
- ½ cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 ounce taco seasoning (1 packet)
- 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese, divided use
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Ranch seasoning, dry
- 10 ounces Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cups Bisquick, or favorite biscuit mix
- 1 1/4 cup water, divided
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
4. Add the diced onion, bell pepper, taco seasoning, and 1/2 cup of water to the skillet. Stir until well blended.
5. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then cover and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the onion and pepper are soft.
6. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup of Cheddar cheese, and dry Ranch seasoning. Whisk until smooth and blended. Set aside.
7. In a large bowl, mix together the Bisquick and 3/4 cup of water to make a soft dough. Add more water if needed.
8. Gently press the dough into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and bake for 5 minutes, just until set. Remove from the oven.

Ingredients
1 graham cracker crust (*see note below)
8 full-size Snickers candy bars, divided
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
12 ounces Cool Whip, divided
Directions
In a small saucepan, melt 6 of the chopped Snickers bars with peanut butter and heavy cream over low heat. Stir continuously until smooth and combined. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature, approximately 20 minutes.

Fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip into the cooled chocolate mixture until well incorporated. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust in a 9-inch pie plate, spreading it evenly.

Directions:

For the donuts:
- 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup warm water (110°F)
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil for frying

For the custard cream:
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: melted chocolate for drizzling

Directions:

1. In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Let it stand for about 5 minutes until frothy.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yeast mixture, warm milk, sugar, salt, softened butter, and egg. Gradually add the flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
