The ICCC government speaker comes from the host country of Spain: Luis Jimenez is the Deputy Director of CCN. He is a Lieutenant Colonel, a Cryptology Specialist and Decryption Specialist at the Defence Information Centre (CESID), and he has a Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Communications Systems Management (ICT) from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and the National Institute of Public Administration.
