NEW EPISODE: For every story, there is a lineup of disgraced executives like Scott Thompson (Yahoo), Marilee Jones (MIT), and Bryan Mitchell (MCG Capital) (circa Business Insider) who did get caught lying on their resumes. And now it's riskier than ever.

Chris Harper, co-founder of ZippedScript, stopped by to talk about the number of people who lie on their resumes and shared his company's approach to flipping the script on education verification.

ZippedScript offers global degree verification (in the U.S. and for any country in the world) instantly using new technology that connects directly to an institution’s database with 100% accuracy. Chris says this is only the beginning as they have plans to expand into other areas on the resume where people are even more likely to misrepresent the truth.

So, if you didn't go to Harvard or get that Master's Degree in Political Science, it's time to either update your resume or get to work on those applications.
