As promised, here is Janine Whiteson M.Sc. Spice Cookie Recipe. Jonathan Whiteson, MD and their boys love them! If you want more great recipes visit her on Instagram at .whiteson.

Spice Cookie Recipe:
2 ripe bananas - mashed
2 tbsp eggs whites or 1 whole egg
2 tbsp molasses
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup oats
1 1/4 cup almond flour
1 tbsp h**p seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup walnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp each of cardamom, nutmeg, cloves, pumpkin spice and ginger
3 oz dark chocolate melted for dipping

Combine all your dry ingredients. Mix well and set aside. Combine your wet ingredients. Mix well then add your dry ingredients. With a heaping tablespoon mold your cookies onto a parchment line cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes at 350. They should be crispy. Let cool and dip into the melted chocolate. Enjoy.
