MEAL PREP MONDAY
After a few weeks of delicious food, no tracking and simply just taking each day and moment as it came, I’m now back on the deficit, back to tracking and honestly just looking forward to some routine and order in my life! I don’t have an “end date” in mind for my deficit, the same reason I don’t have a “goal weight”, I’m simply doing this to reveal some muscle as well as feel more confident for a photoshoot
