বাবা-মায়ের মধ্যে ঝগড়া বা উচ্চ শব্দ বাচ্চার মানসিক বিকাশে নেতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে। ক্রমাগত স্ট্রেসে শিশুর ব্রেইনের বিকাশ বাধাগ্রস্ত হয় এবং তাদের মধ্যে উদ্বেগ বা মনমরা ভাব তৈরি হয়। অন্যদিকে, যদি বাবা-মায়ের সম্পর্ক ইতিবাচক এবং ভালোবাসায় ভরা হয়, তাহলে বাচ্চারা আত্মবিশ্বাসী এবং আনন্দিতভাবে বড় হয়। বাবা-মায়ের ভালো সম্পর্ক শিশুর ব্রেইনের নিউরাল নেটওয়ার্ক উন্নত করতে সাহায্য করে। ঘরের শান্তিপূর্ণ পরিবেশ শিশুর স্ট্রেস হরমোন কমায় এবং মানসিক বিকাশে ইতিবাচক ভূমিকা রাখে।

আমরা দুইজনই চেষ্টা করি বাসায় সবসময় পজিটিভ পরিবেশ রাখতে। উচ্চ শব্দ বা কোনো নেতিবাচকতা যেন আযানের সামনে না আসে, সেই দিকে আলাদা করে খেয়াল রাখি। শুধু তা-ই নয়, নিজেদের মধ্যে ভালো ভালো অভ্যাস তৈরি করেছি। হাসিখুশি থাকার চেষ্টা করি, একে অপরের প্রকাশ্যে ভালবাসা আর কেয়ার দেখাই।—সবকিছু আযানের জন্য।

আযানের আব্বু আর আমি বিয়ের পর প্রায়ই ছোট বড় বিষয়ে ঝগড়া করতাম। কিন্তু আযানের জন্মের পর আমাদের জীবনে একেবারে নতুন অধ্যায় শুরু হলো। এখন ঝগড়া চাইলেও যেন পারি না! কারণ, আমাদের পুরো ফোকাস এখন আযানের ভালো থাকা নিয়ে।

কারণ, বাচ্চার জন্য টাকাপয়সা বা খেলনার চেয়ে অনেক বেশি গুরুত্বপূর্ণ হলো বাবা-মায়ের একসঙ্গে সুখী থাকা। বাবা-মা যদি ভালো থাকে, বাচ্চাও ভালো থাকে। 🥰 মাশাল্লাহ, আমাদের আযান একটা হ্যাপি বেবি—সবসময় হাসিখুশি থাকে! ❤️

যদি বাবা-মা সবসময় ঝগড়া করে, বাচ্চার মন খারাপ হয়ে যায়। ওরা হাসতে ভুলে যায়। তাই আমরা সবসময় চেষ্টা করি বাচ্চার সামনে একে অপরকে আরও বেশি ভালোবাসা দেখাতে। এতে আযানও খুশি থাকে। 😊

তাই বলবো, বাচ্চার সামনে বাবা-মায়ের উচিত হাসিখুশি থাকা এবং একে অপরকে ভালোবাসা দেখানো। পরিবারে ভালোবাসা বাড়ান, শিশুর সুন্দর ভবিষ্যতের জন্য এটাই সবচেয়ে বড় উপহার। 🌸

আযানের বয়স যখন ১২ দিন তখন থেকেই সে ঘুরে বেড়ায়। আমি আম্মু আর আযান হুটহাট এখানে সেখানে চলে যেতাম। বাস ট্রেন গাড়ি প্লেন সবকিছুতেই তার জার্নি চলতে থাকে। কখনো কোনো সমস্যা হয়নি আলহামদুলিল্লাহ। আর ওর তিন মাস বয়সেই আমরা লং টুর দেই। নিউ ইয়র্ক সিটি থেকে বাফেলো নায়াগ্রা ফলস। আম্মু চলে যাওয়ার পর আযান আমার সাথে অফিস করে। শুধু অফিস না, অফিসের কাজে আমি বাইরে গেলে আযানও সাথে থাকে। পথে ঘাটে পার্কে রোদ বৃষ্টি ঠান্ডায় বিন্দাস আমরা কাজ করি।

বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে ঘুরতে সবাই ভয় পায়। কিন্তু আমার হিসেবে বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে প্রচুর ঘোরাঘুরি করা উচিত। প্রকৃতির সাথে নিয়মিত সংস্পর্শ শিশুদের মানসিক বিকাশে সহায়তা করে। বিভিন্ন দৃশ্য, শব্দ এবং গন্ধ শিশুদের ইন্দ্রিয় উদ্দীপনায় সহায়তা করে, যা তাদের মস্তিষ্কের বিকাশে ইতিবাচক প্রভাব ফেলে। বাইরে ঘোরাঘুরি করলে শিশুদের ইমিউন সিস্টেম বা প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ে। বাইরের পরিবেশে বিভিন্ন জীবাণুর সংস্পর্শে আসলে শরীর রোগ প্রতিরোধে আরও সক্রিয় হয়ে ওঠে। এর ফলে শিশুরা ভবিষ্যতে বিভিন্ন সংক্রমণের বিরুদ্ধে আরও প্রতিরোধী হয়ে ওঠে। বিভিন্ন পরিবেশে ঘোরাঘুরিতে শিশুরা নতুন কিছু দেখতে ও জানতে পারে, যা তাদের এক্সপ্লোরেশন স্কিল এবং কৌতূহল বাড়ায়। ভবিষ্যতেও তাদের শেখার আগ্রহ তৈরি করতে সাহায্য করে।

তবে কিছু জিনিস খুবই ভালোভাবে মেইনটেইন করি আমি। আযানকে স্ট্রলারে আর কার সিটে ক্যারি করি। ওর শুয়ে থাকার জায়গাটা পরিষ্কার পরিচ্ছন্ন আর জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখি। ঠান্ডা গরম মাথায় রেখে ওর জামাকাপড় সবসময় আরামদায়ক রাখি।
ওর ক্ষুধা লাগলে সাথে সাথে খাওয়াই। আর যেটা খুবই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সেটা হলো ওর সাথে আমরা সবসময় কেও না কেও খেলি বা গল্প করি। ১ দিন বয়স থেকেই। ওর পছন্দের খেলনাও কিছু থাকে আমাদের সাথে। আর আমি এবং ওর বাবা ওকে এক মাস বয়স থেকেই বই পড়ে শুনাই। যত্ন আর এটেনশান দিলে বাচ্চা নিয়ে ঘোরাঘুরি ঝামেলা না, আনন্দের। এতে করে পরিবারের সাথে ভালো বন্ডিং তৈরি হয়।
