Today, World Marriage Day, is an opportunity to remember the importance of the Sacrament of Marriage and its role in strengthening families, communities, and society. We pray for all married couples and that their unions be a reflection of God’s love for the Church and cultivate a culture of life and love.

Today’s the feast of St. Josephine Bakhita! She came from Sudan, which continues to suffer immensely. She was a victim of human trafficking, which still goes on today. She was taken in by a beautiful Italian family, and she was so moved by them that she adopted their Catholic faith and became a woman religious. St. Josephine Bakhita, pray for us!
