Sign Builder Illustrated's Top Young Sign Maker interview series continues with Zac Bethel of House of Signs in Silverthorne, CO. Bethel is the Senior Sign Maker at the shop, and he won the Bronze medal in the 2023 Top Young Sign Makers competition.
He works with design software and CNC machines to make weather-proof, high-density, custom urethane signage for their clients in the Centennial State and beyond. He was an apprentice of famous Greek sign designer Periandros Damoulis and was nominated for the award by Paul Clukies. Our first interviewee is Brittany Nicole Gacsy, Executive Director of Project Management at Sign Producers in Orlando, Florida. Brittany has a Master of Architecture degree from University of Michigan, got her start in the industry at Walt Disney Imagineering, and now handles massive construction projects and installations for essentially every theme park in Orlando.
