Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), directed by James Gunn, is a Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) film that follows a ragtag group of misfits who come together to save the galaxy.

The story begins with Peter Quill (aka Star-Lord), a space adventurer who steals a mysterious orb sought by the villain Ronan the Accuser. After escaping bounty hunters, Peter is pursued by various factions, including the assassin Gamora (Ronan's reluctant ally) and two bounty hunters—Rocket (a genetically modified raccoon) and Groot (a sentient tree-like being). They all get captured and thrown into prison, where they meet Drax the Destroyer, who seeks revenge on Ronan for killing his family.

Realizing the orb contains an Infinity Stone capable of mass destruction, the group teams up to prevent Ronan from using it to annihilate planets. As the Guardians bond, they face betrayal, battles, and personal struggles, but their loyalty to each other solidifies.

In a climactic showdown, the Guardians defeat Ronan on the planet Xandar with teamwork and sacrifice, proving they can be heroes despite their flaws. The film ends with the Guardians of the Galaxy officially united and ready for future adventures.

Filled with humor, heart, and an iconic 1970s/80s soundtrack (Awesome Mix Vol. 1), the film is celebrated for its fun tone and unique characters.

Summary of Co**se Bride

Co**se Bride is a 2005 stop-motion animated dark fantasy film directed by Tim Burton and Mike Johnson. The movie is set in a Victorian-era village and tells the story of Victor Van Dort, a shy and nervous young man who is preparing to marry Victoria Everglot, a girl from an aristocratic but financially struggling family. Their arranged marriage is meant to elevate both families' social standings, but Victor and Victoria develop genuine affection for each other.

During a rehearsal, Victor struggles to recite his wedding vows correctly and flees to the woods to practice. While rehearsing, he accidentally places the wedding ring on what he believes is a branch but is actually the skeletal hand of Emily, the titular Co**se Bride. Emily rises from the grave, believing Victor has married her, and takes him to the Land of the Dead.

Emily's backstory reveals that she was a wealthy young woman murdered by her fiancé on the night they were to elope. Over time, Victor learns about Emily's tragic past and feels sympathy for her. Meanwhile, in the Land of the Living, Victoria's parents, thinking Victor has abandoned her, arrange her marriage to a sinister nobleman named Lord Barkis Bittern.

The film culminates in the Land of the Dead, where Victor decides to sacrifice himself to stay with Emily forever. However, Emily realizes she cannot take away Victor's chance at true love and chooses to set him free, allowing him to reunite with Victoria. Emily finds peace, and her spirit transforms into a swarm of butterflies as she ascends to the afterlife.

The movie explores themes of love, sacrifice, and redemption, blending macabre humor with a heartfelt narrative. The visually striking animation and Danny Elfman’s hauntingly beautiful music contribute to its enduring charm.

The Nightmare Before Christmas for dec.4
(25 movie before christmas)
The genesis of "The Nightmare Before Christmas" started with a Poem by Tim Burton. He wrote it during his time as a Disney animator in the early 1980s. With the success of Burton's short film "Vincent" in 1982, Disney started to consider "The Nightmare Before Christmas" as either a short film or a 30-minute television special. Over the years, Burton's thoughts regularly returned to the project, and in 1990, Burton and Disney made a development deal. Production started in July 1991 in San Francisco in California and Skellington Productions. Walt Disney Pictures decided to release the film under their Touchstone Pictures banner because they thought that the film would be "too dark and scary for children."

Baby's Day Out for Dec.3
Baby's Day Out sounds like an endeavor to form a live-action comedy out of the identical varieties of material that inspired the Baby Herman sequence at the start of "Who Framed Roger Rabbit." It demonstrates that what's funny in animation doesn't always translate to the important world. I laughed when Baby Herman went fearlessly crawling on top of the refrigerator, but here, when Baby Bink crawled under a taxi and out into traffic, I wasn't as amused.

It opens as three would-be kidnappers pose as baby photographers to achieve entry to the mansion of the millionaire Cotwells, where Baby Bink is on the point of have his portrait taken. The leader of the gang (Joe Mantegna) talks Mrs. Cotwell and also the nanny and butler out of the space, and so he and his sidekicks escape with the infant. Baby Bink finds Mantegna's lighter, snaps it on, and sets his crotch aflare. The hidden fire lasts forever, it seems, while Mantegna's face tries to mask the pain.

It's a strange thing, humor. It often works best when it involves pain and humiliation. The Worton twins are adorable as Baby Bink, however; the audience produced an audible coo the primary time they saw Bink on the screen. They more they like him, unfortunately, the less they're likely to enjoy him crawling along a ledge.
