On Women’s Equality Day, we celebrate how far women have come and recognize that we still have a hell of a lot of work to do.
Women still deserve more opportunities to lead, create, own businesses, control budgets, produce the music, run the companies and call the shots.
We need more women on stage and behind the scenes. More women in leadership. More women with real decision-making power. And that fight for equality doesn’t stop with our careers.
It extends to our health.
Women’s health has been underfunded and understudied for far too long. Women deserve more research, more investment, more answers and greater urgency around the conditions that affect our lives.
For Women Who Rock, these aren’t two separate conversations. They are our mission: empowering women and advancing women’s health.
So today we celebrate the progress. And then we keep pushing. Keep making noise. And keep demanding equality. ⚡
