Some good news ❤️ McDowell Co- FEMA now has dozens of homes set up near Old Fort to give families impacted by Helene a place to live. 🙏❤️

Those families told us today they can stay in the homes 18-months rent free. Many of their homes were destroyed by the flooding. Tonight on eyewitness news at 5 & 6 you’ll hear from those families and I’ll share with you the latest information from FEMA as they work to help thousands of people in the state.
