We are thrilled to finally share a very exciting upcoming project! Found Objects' Co-Founder has been working hard on the score for Fire Island, the upcoming "revolutionary q***r rom com" () inspired by Jane Austen's' Pride and Prejudice for .

“A Jane Austen narrative meeting an Asian American narrative meeting a q***r narrative: Those three helices come together in a way that’s greater than the sum of their parts,” says Ben Yang (Co-star of Fire Island & SNL Cast Member). “And to say that something is greater than a Jane Austen narrative is insane—unhinged of me—to do. But I said it.”

ZOOMING IN ON SS •

As the week of LOVE comes to a close, we wanted to take a closer look at the film Swan Song, directed by Benjamin Cleary and composed by FO’s .

Emotional and deeply compelling, this film tells the story of a loving husband (Mahershala Ali) and the choice he’s forced to make for his family’s fate after he’s diagnosed with a terminal illness. While Cameron struggles with whether or not to clone himself for the sake of his family, he learns more about life and love than he ever thought possible. This story “showcases the beauty of both life and death, and the lengths we will go to help the ones we love.”

Another huge congratulations to , who’s performance in "Swan Song” was met by rave reviews and even was praised by the for his "focus and presence" and "incredibly fine-tuned talents.”

If you haven’t gotten the chance to watch “Swan Song” yet we highly recommend! Watch on now!

Hennessy + NBA Make Moves that Start Movements • ⁣

We are proud to continue our work with the brand, the league, and agency for such a great cause! The spot celebrates diversity and aims to push the game to new heights, into new arenas of culture, and to expand the leagues influence and impact on communities around the world.  Droga5 worked with Hennessy and the NBA to create “Unfinished Business”, a platform which encourages NBA teams and players to launch and support community projects nationwide along with assisting Black, Asian and Latinx small-business owners struggling against inequities exacerbated by the pandemic.⁣

Music by FO Creative Director Ben Marshall sets the tone and propels the spot as we seek out new ways to help the world out a bit more. Let’s get busy, let’s move the needle, let’s support our communities together.

🐔 Ch’King Takes Over with Adam’s Eccentric Score • ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Burger King’s newest campaign is a nightmarish fever dream of ridiculous proportions. The new spot, unveiled today, marks the fast food giant’s official foray into the heated and highly meme-able chicken sandwich wars potentially surpassing the Whopper!⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Pay attention and you’ll catch Easter eggs for fans such as a nod to Subservient Chicken, a character used in Burger King ads of the past, and twins who starred in a previous Burger King ad.  To spread the word, the brand has enlisted Golden Globe and Emmy Award-winning actor and the creator of our Found Objects’ Voicemail Message, Paul Giamatti, to narrate ‘Nightmare’, the first of four spots created to promote the new sandwich.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Stay tuned for more to come and make sure to taste the Ch’King if you can get your hands on it!
