Andries Lodewicus Van Wyk, better known as “Sickluv,” is a 21-year-old artist in the vibrant world of Afro House and Melodic House, hailing proudly from the heart of South Africa. His music is a fusion of cultural influences, electronic music, and a profound love for the art of sound.
From a tender age, Sickluv showcased an extraordinary passion for music, immersing himself in the sonic tapestry of his surroundings.
At the age of 12, he embarked on a musical odyssey, learning to play various instruments and laying the groundwork for what would become a remarkable journey into the realms of rhythm and melody.
It was during this formative period that Sickluv’s musical universe expanded to include the pulsating beats and infectious grooves of Electronic Dance Music (EDM). The captivating allure of EDM sparked a creative fire within him, compelling Sickluv to venture into the realm of music production. Driven by an insatiable desire to craft his own sonic landscapes, Sickluv began honing his skills and experimenting with the vibrant sounds that would later define his unique style.
