Not a huge renovation, but my husband recently
got rid of the top bunk bed in our mallard m26
camper trailer. We've owned it for 5 years and
really only used the bunk area for storage now that
our kids are older. Here are before and after pics
He kept the bottom bed as is, removed top bunk
bed, and built in a new top shelf and corner
shelf...mainly to keep original structural support
It created more head room for sleeping without
feeling claustrophobic in there! The top shelf can
be used for luggage and personal items, the corner
shelf has original light. The mallard bunk beds are
really only suitable for for small children. This has
now created an extra sleeping area for guests.

We started with a tent for several years, a pop-up
for 4 years and now upgraded to this. It's our 2nd
year using it and we LOVE it! 1 have gotten so
many ideas from this page and thought I would
finally share what ours looks like. (We are
weekend warriors so we don't camp as much as
we would like too.)
Also...about 90% of the things we purchased for
our camper was either from FB marketplace or the
dollar tree! lt's possible to make it homey on a
budget ❤️

Sharing some of our space saving tricks after
reading others' ideas. Everything came from
Amazon or Target. I like the tension rod behind
the toilet. Keeps cleaning products and Sewer
chemicals handy

I took pictures of a few of the organization items
that I've loved in our trailer. I can post links in the
comments to the exact ones I got
*edited to add, for the shelves that are in the
bathroom and by the TV, I cleaned the walls really
well with rubbing alcohol. And then once I got that
he Ive on the wall, I waited 24 hours before
attaching the baskets. I hope this helps, good luck!

Just added a magnetic knife holder, with hooks, on
the cupboard above my sink 💜💜💜💜 this let
me clear off some space on a very tiny counter
(we have a truck camper). Bought on Amazon and
so easy to install. The door is solid wood not just a
thin veneer. The screws came out the other side a
bit but I just cut up a cork and screwed it to them
problem solved. Now to sort through the rest of
the utensils and downsize to a smaller holder.

The best thing I did in our camper was paint all the
walls white! Later on I decided to paint our dark
brown cabinets an off white and it made our space
feel so much bigger.

Just finished renovating our 2014 jayco 26 ft very
happy with the outcome. Thought I would share.
Painted the walls. Put backsplash on put border
around in slide painted cabinet k***s put contact
paper on front of cabinets washed the awning. Cut
top bunk in half using for storage. Bottom bunk is
my cat's litter box and such. Only thing left is the
ceiling. Thanks for looking.also painted my sinks
and shower, and put ceiling fan in....one of the
best add on was the ceiling fan.

Purchasing this RV and looking to renovate it with

Included some stock pics of how it looked before.
wife hates the stock interior of the RV, here's the
project so far. we reupholstered the couch, I just
remodeled the whole bathroom. I ordered a great
shower door on recpro.com and theres no more
leaks or drips, we repainted the cabinets and spray
painted the handles. We took out the medicine
cabinet because it just made a mess during travel
anyways, then when we got everything all sealed
up and running right we installed new flooring
because who chose that original pattern!? We
added some wallpaper to the fireplace area, the
bathroom and a few more touches we will be good
to go,
