How to make an effect in the world?
Well a question I’m asking myself today.
What comes to my mind first is to be yourself.
What does that mean?
Ask yourself, are you happy with your life?
Is there something you wanna do that you’re not doing?
Identify what you would like to do and how to go about it
It may take a while.
Each day is another day, do the best you can.
As I see it, being kind to others and being kind to yourself.
If you find yourself stuck in thoughts or a situation, take one step at a time to get out of a funk, if you’re in one.
If you need help, ask a friend, see a therapist, a coach.
As we all know, we have limited time in our lives.
Find peace and love in your heart, and share that with others.

Hanukkah and Christmas has passed, hope all are having a meaningful holiday, a new year are days away.
As well, many people are suffering in all kinds of ways.
Wars between countries are going on, put on any local news and watch the horror of people dying by violent acts for all kinds of reasons.
Mental illness affects the minds of many people.
What to say about all this?
Be kind to your yourself and others, think of the positives in your life, and spread love in any way you can.
Get professional help if you feel your struggling.
Peace and love can go a long way!
