Teriyaki Chicken Tacos with Grilled Pineapple Pear Salsa 🌮🍍

**Ingredients:
*For the Chicken:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ½ cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste

*For the Grilled Pineapple Pear Salsa:
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1 ripe pear, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (seeds removed for less heat)
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp honey

*For Serving:
- 8 small flour or corn tortillas

**Directions:
1. Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts and coat well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for more flavor).

2. Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat a grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing into thin strips.

Directions:
Start by preheating your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius). Grab a skillet and heat up the olive oil over medium-high heat. Take the pork chops and season them with salt, pepper, and a bit of thyme. Sear them in the hot skillet for around 4 to 5 minutes on each side until they’re beautifully golden brown. Stuffed Tuscan Chicken 😊🍽

🛒 Ingredients :

For the Chicken:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Filling:
1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
For the Sauce (Optional but Recommended):
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

🛒 Instructions :

Step 1.Prepare the Chicken:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using a sharp knife, slice a pocket into the side of each chicken breast, being careful not to cut all the way through.

2 filet mignon or ribeye steaks, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, smashed, 8 large shrimp, peeled & deveined, 2 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped, 4 large potatoes, peeled & cubed, 50g (1/4 cup) butter, 100ml (1/2 cup) heavy cream, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 3 tbsp butter, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.

Directions:
1. Prepare the Steak: Preheat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat. Rub steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for doneness). Add butter and smashed garlic in the last minute, basting the steak.

A fun and easy snack or appetizer for young and old alike, these Cheddar Bacon Celery Sticks are so unbelievably delicious and whip up in no time!

Ingredients
8 large celery stalks
½ pound bacon, small diced
8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese, softened
1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 Tablespoon dried ranch seasoning
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

Wash and dry 8 large celery stalks. Cut them into fourths, set aside.
Cook ½ pound bacon, small diced over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain off the grease and place it on a paper-towel-lined plate to soak up any excess grease, set aside. (Note: you can also cook the bacon whole then crumble after cooking - whatever is easiest for you)
Place the 8 ounces (1 block) cream cheese, softened, cooked bacon, 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 1 Tablespoon dried ranch seasoning and 2 green onions, thinly sliced in a medium bowl. Stir it together until combined, or you can use an electric hand mixer.

INGREDIENTS
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets Skin-on is ideal for retaining moisture.
1 pound asparagus spears Choose bright green spears with firm tips, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon Sliced into rounds
3 cloves garlic Minced
1 teaspoon salt To season the dish
½ teaspoon black pepper For a touch of heat
Optional herbs:
Dill, parsley, or paprika for extra flavor

INSTRUCTIONS

reheat the oven: Set your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prep the ingredients: Rinse the salmon fillets and pat them dry. Trim the woody ends off the asparagus.
Assemble the foil packets:
Place a large sheet of foil on a baking tray.
Arrange a handful of asparagus spears in the center.
Lay a salmon fillet on top of the asparagus.

Delicious Milk Bread

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 large egg

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. In a small saucepan, heat milk, water, and butter until warm (not hot). Add the warm liquid and the egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

On a floured surface, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size (about 1-2 hours).

Punch down the dough and cut into ball shape ,place it in a greased pan. Cover and let it rise again until it doubles in size (about 45 minutes).

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes, until it's golden brown on top. If the top browns too quickly, cover it with foil.

Let the bread cool in the pan for a few minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp ketchup
1 small onion, diced
Lettuce, chopped
Pickles, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:

Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper. Once cooked, set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup to create the cream cheese sauce.
Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.

For the Chocolate Cake:
✔️ 1 ¾ cups (220g) all-purpose flour
✔️ ¾ cup (75g) unsweetened cocoa powder
✔️ 1 ½ cups (300g) sugar
✔️ 1 ½ tsp baking soda
✔️ 1 tsp baking powder
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ½ cup (120ml) vegetable oil
✔️ 2 large eggs 🥚
✔️ 1 tsp vanilla extract 🌿
✔️ ¾ cup (180ml) buttermilk
✔️ ¾ cup (180ml) hot coffee ☕️ (for deeper chocolate flavor!)

For the Raspberry Filling:
✔️ 1 ½ cups (180g) fresh raspberries
✔️ ¼ cup (50g) sugar
✔️ 1 tbsp cornstarch
✔️ 1 tbsp lemon juice 🍋

For the Chocolate Ganache:
✔️ 1 cup (180g) dark chocolate, chopped
✔️ ½ cup (120ml) heavy cream

🍽 Instructions:

1️⃣ Bake the Chocolate Cake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 8-inch (20cm) round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk. Mix until combined.
Stir in hot coffee until smooth (batter will be thin).
Divide batter evenly between the pans and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
