The holidays are here and #TeamQuantum is closing down the office until after the start of the New Year! We'll be spending this time off with our families (the ones we choose and the ones we didn't!) celebrating and making merry.

Corinne Antonelli
Today we introduce #TeamQuantum's very own concept artist, Corinne Antonelli! As our concept artist, Corinne is responsible for taking all of the stories, discussions, random intermittent musings, and napkin scribbles, and turning them into beautiful concept illustrations. She takes our words and breathes life into them, allowing clients, partners, and general onlookers to see the world we have begun to imagine in (usually) full color!

Ringling College Share
This evening members of #TeamQuantum will be participating in a livestream with the Ringling College of Art and Design, where they will share their stories with students and staff. Team members will talk about what brought them to Quantum as well as what keeps them at Quantum. Plus, they'll be sharing never-before-heard stories from the production of Quantum's massive hit stage show, Once : An Enchanted Storybook Spectacular. See the link in our bio to join the livestream!

Quantum Haloween
#TeamQuantum loves a spooky good time, and that's why Halloween is one of our absolute favorite holidays each year! Whether terrifyingly DIY haunted houses, insanely cool costumes, or intricately carved pumpkins, the staff at Quantum love to get into the spooky, spooky mood. Storytelling
We take the great ideas that #TeamQuantum brainstormed and use them to begin crafting our story. While developing our story treatment, we choose a time and setting for our story, and begin to develop the characters and conflicts that will take our brainstorming from an idea to a realized story.

Introducing Matt Ogonowski!
Today we introduce Matt Ogonowski, #TeamQuantum's Creative Concept Designer and Content Manager. We usually call him Matto, but sometimes we call him storywriter, since he's the person who takes all of our zany ideas for an attraction and turns them into the story that leads our creative process. And as you can see here, he's the closest thing we've got to a Jedi onstaff!

Music and Voiceover Recording
Once the cast has been through enough rehearsal, a voiceover or music recording session may be called for, depending on the type of attraction. During these calls, actors come together in a recording studio to record special lines of dialogue, songs, or character specific sound effects. Occasionally, these recording sessions happen in multiple studios across the globe simultaneously!

Creating concept art is a big job, but some people make it look like child's play. #TeamQuantum's very own concept artist, Corinne Antonelli whipped up this time-lapse video to show you just what goes into creating the art we use to guide our creative process!

Concept Illustrations
The first step in visualizing our newest attraction is to do concept illustrations. Generally, these illustrations are meant to show the general design aesthetic for the entire attraction, including art style, color palette. Typically, it shows guests experiencing the attraction. These illustrations are meant to evoke the feeling of the experience.

National Video Game Day
Yesterday was #NationalVideoGameDay and most of #TeamQuantum would agree that we wouldn't be here if not for a healthy diet of video games when we were growing up. Let's face it, even now we're a crew of gamers and always relish the opportunity to develop an interactive centered around a video game.
